Applimate™ is currently in closed beta, shared with a limited group of testers ahead of public release. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the Applimate™ app, and how it's used. It will be expanded before public launch.
What we collect
- Account details you provide when signing up (name, email, phone number)
- Appliance, warranty, and service-record data you add in the app, including any invoices or documents you upload
- A device notification token, if you allow notifications, so we can send you alerts about your appliances and warranties
- Messages you send us through the contact form on this site
- Basic, non-identifying usage data (which pages are visited, app download counts) to understand beta usage
Why we collect it
- To provide the core features of Applimate™ — tracking your appliances, warranties, and service history
- To respond to messages and support requests you send us
- To understand how the beta is being used and improve the product before public release
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to operate the app and this website — for example, cloud file storage, email/SMS delivery, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. We do not sell your personal data. A detailed list of these providers will be published here before public launch.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing privacy@applimate.in.
